Tuition & Enrollment Information

Prior to your child’s start date we must receive:

  1. Child Care Application
  2. Registration Deposit & First Weeks Tuition
  3. A Current Immunization Record & Well-Baby Statement
  4. Completed & Signed Child Pick-Up Authorization Form
  5. Completed & Signed Contract
  6. Completed & Signed Emergency-Medical Form
  7. Completed & Signed General Permission Form

Deposit: A deposit of $25.00 and the first week’s tuition is required to hold your child’s spot. Until the deposit is paid your child’s spot is not guaranteed.

Registration Fee: A $25.00 registration fee is due January 15th of each year regardless of date of enrollment.

Tuition: Payment is due on the Friday prior to the week child care is to be provided by 10:00am. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed for each workday payment is late.
